This Boneo Canine® Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchases are made through our website. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Fees

We offer the following shipping rates within the United States:

Consumer Orders:

  • $3.99 flat rate shipping and handling fee for orders totaling $69.95 or less.
  • Free shipping on orders over $69.95.

Retailer & Veterinarian Orders:

  • $20 flat rate shipping and handling fee on bulk case orders.
  • Free shipping on bulk case orders of 96 bottles or more.

Shipping fees apply per order delivered to a single address.

Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours after purchase, excluding weekends and major holidays. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on location and carrier operations.

Orders begin processing shortly after checkout. Once processing has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping delays may occur due to payment issues, incorrect shipping information, inventory availability, or carrier-related delays, including severe weather or operational disruptions.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on destination, package size, and operational availability.

Weekend and Holiday Shipping

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays. Orders placed during these times are processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify our customer service team within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product.

If items are missing from your shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For orders that have not arrived, notification must be made within 21 days from the shipment date so we can assist with carrier investigation.

International Shipping

At this time, Boneo Canine® products are shipped only within the United States through this website.

For customers located in Europe, Boneo Canine® products may be available under the name NEO-K9® through regional distribution channels.
