Boneo Canine® Maintenance Formula was featured in Nutraceuticals World Magazine’s “Natural Approaches to Pet Nutrition” article. The piece highlights the need for bone support in large, growing, small, and active dogs, noting that common joint supplements like glucosamine and chondroitin lack skeletal benefits. To address this, Bio-Rep Animal Health developed Boneo Canine® Maintenance Formula, powered by Neo-Portin Complex with ribonuclease-enriched lactoferrin (R-ELF), a lactose-free, milk-derived protein clinically shown to support bone turnover. The formula also promotes joint comfort and serves as an alternative for dogs sensitive to glucosamine, while providing essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants for overall health.

Boneo Canine® Maintenance Formula was featured in I Love Dogs' article, “Dysplasia – A Vet Shares Ways to Ease the Pain.” Dr. Frank Borostyankoi, DVM, DACVS, veterinary advisor to Bio-Rep Animal Health, explained that canine dysplasia is painful even when symptoms aren’t visible and can mark the beginning of decline. The rescue dog and inspiration behind Boneo Canine, Neo, was recently featured on the blog post, “Neo the Rescue Dog” on the Pet Expo Sanctuary website. The article shares the story of when Neo was found on the side of a highway with a badly broken leg. Neo required multiple operations to try to repair his shattered leg, but his bones wouldn’t properly fuse. The family, already in the biotechnology and clinical pharmacy fields, turned to their scientists to develop a bone nutrient mix for Neo that proved so successful that they launched Boneo® Canine.
